Ray Taylor, Richard English, Mitch Carter and the gang at
the Fine Art Auction always promise exciting inventory, and this weekend is no exception.
From Taylor’s Henri Matisse Original lithograph in black
Signed Femme Dans Un Fauteuil from 1943 to kick of Friday’s showcase, to English’s
Marc Chagall Original etching with hand coloring Hand Signed David's Funeral
Song 1958 Example 56/100 on Saturday night, the early catalogs are incredible.
A “small room” for bidders will work on key art collectors
on Friday, and Taylor will also boast a Christine Oberthür Original oil
painting on canvas Signed Le Vase Bleu, 2023. It is a very colorful, floral
work that may just steal the show.
The Salvador Dalí Original woodcut engraving in colors
Cerberus 1964 is another spectacular work of penmanship that must be seen.
The Vincent Van Gogh Lithograph in colors Vegetable Gardens
1937 is a work that would perform well on any wall.
A newer work, the Jean-Claude Novaro Clear blown ovoid glass
vase with blue emulsions Signed 1998 varies from the art that picks up any wall.
This is a showpiece that must be seen.
Perhaps the highlight of Friday evening is the Erté aka
Romain de Tirtoff Original gouache painting on paper Signed Orientale c1935.
Ray and Rich will prop Karl Striker and Pedro Ortiz Munoz works
that have proven popular with today’s art aficionados.
Friday’s Main Event is a Kef! Original Acrylic Painting on
Paper Signed Essence of Peace #4 2024. Simon Roland has been on a very hot
streak with the fine art market and this piece will continue that trend.
On Saturday, English will introduce a stunning Martine
Delaleuf Original gouache painting on Paper Signed La Trace du Fauve 2023.
On both days, an Albrecht Dürer Woodcut is featured.
Saturday’s in black Christ Teaching the Doctors c1860 is a once-in-a-lifetime
piece.
Works by Pablo Picasso, Edgar Degas and Salvador Dali highlight
a busy night. The Raphael Sanzio da Urbino Original engraving in black God
Appears To Abraham 1649 is an incredibly beautiful piece.
Saturday’s Main Event, the work by Chagall is different for
the coloring master, and one that needs to be seen…and bid on to believe.
